​What About Mobile Devices?
If you rely on your mobile device to receive your St. Mary's email, it is important to verify that your smartphone or tablet is connected to your St. Mary's mailbox. This will allow you to receive timely notifications.
You may receive an error from these apps telling you that the app is unable to connect to the server or it may simply fail to update. You will be able to connect the same apps to your new mailbox, but you will need to change your sign-in name from username@students.wwu.edu to username@wwu.edu. Office 365 for iPhone & iPad
The Outlook app for iOS is the recommended app for university email and calendar, but you can also use the native mail and calendar app for iOS .

Office 365 for Android Phones & Tablets
We recommend the Outlook app from Microsoft.
- If you don't have Outlook for Android installed, download it from the Google Play Store.
- Open the Outlook app, swipe through the introductions, and then tap Get Started
- Select the mail account you want to add: Office 365
- Sign-in as username@stmarytx.edu or username@mail.stmarytx.edu and enter your password.

What about Windows or Mac OS?
All faculty, staff and students can download and install Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Oulook, from Office 365. The Microsoft Office Suite does not include all applications available on a Windows device.
