Downloading Microsoft 365 for Personal Devices

Students and staff can install Microsoft 365 on their personal devices using their school email account. This allows access to applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook both online and on desktop.

How to download Microsoft 365 for Personal Devices:

1. Log in to your school email (Outlook).

2. In the top-left corner, click on the App Launcher (9 dots icon). (Highlighted in the first image)

 

 

3. A menu will open showing Microsoft 365 apps.

Click on “More apps.”

4. In the new page, Click on Install Apps

5. Select Microsoft 365 apps to begin the download.

6. In the new page, Click on Install Office (Highlighted in the fifth image)

 

 

7. Once the file downloads, open it and follow the installation prompts.

8. After installation, sign in with your school email when prompted.
