Service Overview

The service provides information on how to change your Gateway password or request assistance changing the password. Passwords are required to be changed according to the University's Password Policy. For most individuals, passwords must be changed every 365 days.

Accessing the Service

There a multiple ways to reset your password with the self-service option being the fastest and most available.

1. Self-Service

  • First Time User - Never logged in before and need to set initial password
  • Forgot Password - Can't remember password and need to create a new one
  • Reset Password - Know your password but want to change it prior to expiration

2. Click the "Request Assistance" button and complete the form

3. Contact or visit the Technical Support Center
