Service Overview

This service is used to request the creation of a new or update an existing generic/departmental account. Requests may include:

  • Create Account
  • Delete Account
  • Change Display Name
  • Change Email Address
  • Update permissions to access account

  • Staff

Passwords are not provided for these accounts and are disabled to prevent logging in with the credentials. Access to these accounts are provided to the identified users. Access is not removed once granted. Please ensure to submit a new request to remove individuals as needed.
